PROJECTS
THE WORLD BANK - Asia Pacific
For the World Bank, Et4d conducted several Early Grade Reading Assessments in Tuvalu, Tonga, Samoa, Solomon Islands, and Kiribati. Our scope of work included instrument design in local languages, enumerators training, data collection, data analysis, report writing, and dissemination strategy.
THE WORLD BANK - Kiribati
Et4d carried out the Kiribati Early Human Capability Index (KiEHCI) survey to all children ages 3 to 5 across Kiribati. THE WORLD BANK - Tonga
In 2017, Et4d designed a Monitoring and Evaluation Framework for a literacy instruction pilot intervention implemented by the World Bank in Tonga entitled “Come, Let’s Read and Write.” Etd4 designed a data flow ensuring timely data collection and reporting using process mapping. We ensured quality of data through data verification procedures including routine data quality audits during the project lifecycle.
